10 Commandments for A Healthy Lifestyle |
Posted: April 28, 2017 |
These are the 10 commandments which I believe to live a healthy and happy life. Nice if you leave in the comments what you think of it in this blog or what is your bid for a healthy lifestyle. I'm curious! Eat pure and unprocessedNo parcels and bags, but eat as much as mom obviously intended. Choose products with the shortest ingredient list. The longer, the more nonsense often is in. Make as much as possible, then at least you know for sure what is or is not in your dish. Eat a varied dietFruit, vegetables, seeds, seeds, nuts, legumes, dairy, fish, meat, seafood ... eat it all! The more variety, the more variety of nutrients you get inside. Eliminate any foodsUnless you have an allergy or intolerance - then you eliminate that particular product - it is best for maximum variety in foods. Many diets (skipping) contain almost all food groups or substances. So it was years ago in 'to eat carbohydrates and after the devil was fat again. But dear people: we have carbohydrates, fats and proteins necessary for life! Else we cannot functionally live, move and grow. It then goes back to the correct ratios, and that this macro-nutrients (so called carbohydrate, fat and protein) coming out of proper nutrition. Follow any crash dietA crash diet is disastrous for all. Even for your metabolism, your mood and ultimately your weight. It has been proven that people often end up arriving more of a crash diet, than to fall off it. Try not to see a healthy lifestyle and diet. That's because not. A diet is a temporary thing, something your lifestyle forever. Sinful occasionallySin is healthy! The words do not look for anything similar, I think then. A good ratio in healthy vs. less healthy, I think the 80-20 rule. 80% of the time you choose healthy foods. That other 20% take your tasty where you feel like. Yes, even if it comes from a packet or pouch or filled with white sugars. If you deny yourself everything will keep you full of new healthy lifestyle to make sure it is balanced. Sport!Get off your lazy butt and go exercise. Choose a sport that you really like, then it is not must, but you go for fun. Or at least "almost for fun” if you are a true sports lover. I think three times a week sports a nice feasible number. But cataracts can not focus on that. Think you are good at anything is better than nothing. So grab that bike instead of the car, the stairs instead of the elevator and walking once in your lunch break instead of your whole cheese sandwiches can be inserted. Exercise has so many benefits: more energy, better mood, better about yourself (literally and figuratively) and medical benefits as lowering risk of certain diseases. When if comes to sports, we know comfort is must. Therefore, never invest in sports gears that are uncomfortable. To choose the best for you, you can easily recognize the quality by reading reviews from ebestpicks. Reduce stress to a minimumStress is also disastrous for all, just as crash dieting. From crashing, you also get an additional stress, so that's redundant poor. Some go of stress just a lot of bad food; others can not bite through the throat. With me from stress is very personal: sore neck and shoulders, pain in my gut, vibrant eye or worse, lose all the lashes ... yes stress! I know from experience how difficult it is to avoid a particular source of stress, but try it anyway. And make well that you pick up your mind by enough sleep, relax and example yoga or mindfulness to do. Laugh & EnjoyWho laughs a lot, will experience less stress. Why do fun things. Talk with friends off, go to the movies, a night out at a festival. Whatever but have fun and enjoy life, of (healthy) food and the people around you. Laughing also burns additional calories. What else do you want? Set achievable goalsIf you decided to change course and adopt a healthier lifestyle, you now get a first big high five from me, but also the tip or to set achievable goals. Within a month, a six pack may not be entirely realistic. Never eat chocolate either. If your goals are not realistic, the chance of failure is much greater. If you need to lose 25 kilos, set sub-goals and reward yourself when you have obtained a first (sub) target.
